Located on the waterfront of Head Lake, Hook Line & Sinker offers breathtaking views of the lake and a relaxed, inviting atmosphere that is perfect for any occasion. Guests are served in our open-concept seating area and bar that flows into outdoor waterfront patio seasonally. From our live-edge community table, to our cozy fireplace, and unique canoe lights, we work to bring a modern cottage feel to your dining experience in Haliburton.
Our Story
Nestled in the heart of Haliburton, we’re a family-run restaurant that believes great food and good company go hand in hand. When the opportunity came to put down roots in this incredible community, we jumped in—Hook, Line & Sinker—and we’ve never looked back!
For us, it's about more than just great food (though we take that pretty seriously). It’s about creating a space where friends, families, and neighbors can come together, share a laugh, enjoy a good meal, and make memories. That’s what “Good Mood Food” is all about—delicious, quality dishes served with a warm welcome and a great atmosphere.
